The Leipzig Trial, also known as the Reichstag Fire Trial, involved Ernst Torgler (a German Communist), Georgi Dimitrov, Vasil Tanev and Blagoi Popov (Bulgarian Communists) and Marinus van der Lubbe (a Council Communist). The purpose of the trial was for Nazi Germany to determine that the Reichstag fire was set by the Comintern. See here for a detailed description.
